Job summary

North Lanarkshire Council is seeking a reliable Cleaner to help keep our school clean, safe and welcoming for pupils, staff and visitors in the Airdrie locality. This part-time role is 15 hours per week, with scheduled shifts after school.

Full training will be provided and successful applicants will join the PVG scheme before starting. We offer a generous benefits package including annual leave and recognition of flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning is desirable.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, materials and health & safety rules.
• Full training will be provided; understanding of safe working practices is advantageous.
• Successful candidates will join PVG scheme before starting.
