Job summary

Southcott Lower School is seeking a cleaner to work 10 hours a week throughout the year, with term-time hours of 2 hours Monday to Friday between 3:30pm and 6:00pm. During school holidays, hours are compressed to meet the school’s requirements, and additional hours may be available.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible and able to work on their own initiative, with duties including vacuuming, mopping and sweeping.

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking to appoint a cleaner to work 10 hours a week throughout the year. During term time you will be working 2 hours Monday to Friday between 3.30pm and 6.00pm. During school holidays, you will be working compressed hours to meet the school’s requirements. Additional hours may be available during school holidays.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and flexible and able to work on their own initiative. Duties will include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and any other related tasks as required. Experience of similar work would be an advantage.
