Job summary

ARC Group is seeking a School Cleaning Operative in the United Kingdom for a 20-hour weekly role starting immediately. The position runs Monday to Friday, 04:00–08:00, with DBS check required for extra hours. Location is near Snetterton with no public transport access.

Salary is £12.71 per hour PAYE, with multiple benefits available. Responsibilities include routine cleaning tasks, restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and maintaining safe storage of cleaning supplies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, preferably in a school or similar environment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks within the specified time frame.
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and the use of cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Empty and dispose of bin bags.
• Wipe down surfaces and disinfect high-touch areas.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
