Aspens Services is seeking a passionate Chef for a school site to lead the kitchen, crafting healthy, nutritious menus for students and staff during term-time. You will deliver high-quality catering with flair and strong leadership to ensure outstanding service.

The role requires hands-on cooking, commitment to food safety, and building positive relationships with school clients. DBS disclosure will be sought.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a catering environment, with fresh ingredients.
• Knowledge of education catering is desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety practices with Food Hygiene certifications Level 2 & 3.

• Menu Excellence: Expert preparation of menus with fresh ingredients.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate kitchen team for smooth service.
• Safety Champion: Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene, Allergen, and Health & Safety rules.
• Excellent Hospitality: Handle high-quality hospitality requests for schools and events.
• Building Community: Develop strong relationships with school clients and students.
