Aspens Services Ltd is seeking a Chef Supervisor to lead a school catering facility. You will assist with operations and financial performance, supervise staff, and drive quality and sales through engaging menus and promotions.

You’ll join a fast-growing catering company committed to safeguarding children and delivering excellent meals during school term time, with Monday to Friday shifts and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on craft skills with fresh ingredients.
• Proven supervisory experience, coaching and inspiring a high-performing kitchen team.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Assist with controlling costs including stock, food and labour.
• Supervise, coach, train and inspire the kitchen team to deliver daily excellence.
• Oversee menu development and drive sales through monthly promotions and added-value events.
• Ensure all standards, systems and legislation are met.
