Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume catering operation.
• Experience in menu planning and costing.
• Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage catering facilities within the academy to provide high‑standard meals.
• Ensure a varied menu to enhance the lunchtime experience for students.
• Cater for Extended School activities, academy events and meetings.
• Strive for continual improvement of food quality and service.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health & Safety, COSHH and risk management.
