Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust is seeking a Catering Manager to oversee the Academy's catering facilities and lead a team in a high-volume environment. You will design menus, support school events and ensure safe, high-quality meals for students, staff and visitors.

The post holder will work 37 hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks, with opportunities across the MAT for development and CPD, and a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and safeguarding.

Competenze

• Experience managing a catering team in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to design menus and provide for school meals and events.
• Commitment to food hygiene, health and safety and COSHH compliance.

Mansioni

• Manage catering facilities within the Academy to provide value-for-money meals.
• Create a new and varied school lunch menu to improve lunchtime experience.
• Provide catering for Extended School activities, events and meetings.
• Continually improve the quality of food and service.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations, health and safety requirements and risk management.
