Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust is looking for a Deputy Catering Manager to lead catering operations across the Academy. The role focuses on delivering value-for-money meals of high standard for students, staff and visitors, with a varied lunchtime menu and support for school activities.

With experience in high-volume catering and menu costing, you will ensure compliance with health and safety and hygiene regulations, while contributing to CPD and a positive working environment for colleagues

Formación

• Experience in high-volume catering operations.
• Experience in menu planning and costing.
• Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage catering facilities within the Academy to provide value-for-money meals of a high standard for students, staff and visitors.
• Ensure a varied menu to enhance the lunchtime experience for all students.
• Provide catering support for Extended School activities, Academy events and meetings.
• Strive for continual improvement in the quality of food and service; ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, COSH regulations and risk management.
