You will drive menu development, oversee promotions and maintain strict health and safety standards. The role offers term-time hours, a 35-hour week, and a competitive rate of £16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of gross profit (GP) management.
• Experience coaching and developing a high-performing kitchen team.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety practices.
