Job summary

Aspens Services is seeking a Catering Assistant in Harrogate to support our kitchen during lunch periods. You will interact with customers, handle tills during service, and help with basic food preparation while maintaining a clean, compliant kitchen environment.

The role offers Monday to Friday hours during school term time, 25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, at £12.71 per hour. Training is provided, and DBS disclosure will be sought as part of safeguarding commitments.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Working on the tills during service; full training provided.
• Front-Line Service: Providing friendly, polite service to students and staff.

• Maintaining Standards: Ensuring a safe, clean kitchen environment and health & safety compliance.
