Job summary

Norse Catering is seeking a Catering Assistant to join the team at Catton Grove Primary School in Norwich. This permanent, part-time role is scheduled Monday to Friday, 09:45–13:45, term-time only, offering 20 hours per week.

The successful candidate will assist with lunch preparation and service, maintain high hygiene standards, and contribute to a friendly, supportive dining environment for pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Extensive induction and training programmes provided.
• Passion for good food with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support with preparation and serving of lunches for pupils and staff.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, set up service areas and tidy away after service.
