Mitie is seeking a School Caretaker (Site Agent) at Challney High School for Girls in Luton. You will deliver high service standards, maintain safety, security, and cleaning schedules, and respond to helpdesk requests on site.

The role requires reliable, hardworking individuals with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. An enhanced DBS check will be required, and safeguarding is a key priority for the school and Mitie.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake all required training and follow Mitie's Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies.
• Maintain equipment in clean, safe working order and understand all cleaning materials and chemicals used.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, security, and safety of school premises and grounds.
• Respond to helpdesk jobs, unlock/lock buildings, and carry out porterage and room setups.
• Perform PPM tasks including fire alarm tests, emergency light checks, and support out-of-hours building use.

We're looking for a School Caretaker who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
