Responsibilities

• Carry out regular checks of the school premises.
• Monitor the condition of buildings and grounds.
• Identify and report maintenance issues.
• Complete minor repairs where competent.
• Monitor classrooms and communal areas.

• Support site security.
• Open and close buildings according to school procedures.
• Monitor visitors and contractors.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers.
• Support deliveries and storage.
• Prepare rooms for school events and meetings.
• Move furniture and equipment when required.
• Assist with health and safety checks.
• Report hazards promptly.
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Maintain records of maintenance issues.
• Monitor the general presentation of the site.
