Aspire People is recruiting for a School Caretaker on a TEMPORARY basis in the United Kingdom. The role involves safeguarding school grounds, performing maintenance and repairs, ensuring health and safety, general upkeep, cleaning, and providing event support.

Applicants should be willing to work between 7am and 6pm, with some roles covering 7-6 all day or split shifts such as 7-10am and 3-6pm. DBS and right-to-work checks are required, with the DBS processed at a cost of £56 if not already held.

Are you school Caretaker looking for a new role?

It is ADVANTAGEOUS that applicants have some caretaker/site manager experience. However, applicants with plumbing/carpentry/painting experience in a similar sector will also be considered.

You MUST BE willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and between the hours of 7-6pm.

Some roles within schools will be 7-6 all day but, some may be split shifts as well such as 7-10am and then 3-6pm.

As a School Caretaker your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Security of the school grounds
• Maintenance and repairs
• Health and Safety
• General upkeep and cleaning
• Event support

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS THAT WILL BE PROCESSED BY US BUT COME AT A COST OF £56 (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE REGISTERED ON THE UPDATE SERVICE).
