• Respond to helpdesk jobs, unlock/lock buildings, porterage and room setups.
• Perform PPM tasks including fire alarm tests and emergency light checks; support out-of-hours building use.

Job Title: School Caretaker | Rate of Pay: £13.84 Per Hour | Contract: Permanent | Type of Employment: Full Time | Hours: 40 Hours Per Week | Location: Aylesford School, Teapot Lane, Aylesford, Kent, England, ME20 7JU

Role Responsibilities

• Undertake all required training and follow Mitie's Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies.


• Maintain equipment in clean, safe working order and understand all cleaning materials and chemicals used.


• Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, security, and safety of school premises and grounds.


• Respond to helpdesk jobs, unlock/lock buildings, and carry out porterage and room setups.


• Perform PPM tasks including fire alarm tests, emergency light checks, and support out-of-hours building use.
