Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow Mitie's Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies.
• Maintain equipment in clean, safe working order; understand cleaning materials and chemicals.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, security and safety of school premises and grounds.
• Respond to helpdesk jobs, unlock/lock buildings, porterage and room setups.
• Perform PPM tasks including fire alarm tests and emergency light checks; support out-of-hours building use.
