Family Action’s Lincolnshire Behaviour Outreach Support Service (BOSS) is seeking a dedicated Case Worker to provide outreach support for pupils displaying challenging behaviour across Lincolnshire schools.

You will plan interventions, develop Behaviour Intervention Plans, support pupils with emotional and social needs, deliver training to staff, and work within a child-centered multi-disciplinary team to reduce escalation and promote inclusion.
