Job summary

Family Action is seeking a motivated Behaviour Outreach Service Caseworker to join our countywide team based in Grantham. This permanent post offers 37 hours per week, full-time, with flexible working arrangements and family leave provisions.

You will coproduce bespoke support plans for schools and pupils dealing with distressed behaviours, deliver a range of training for schools and parents, and contribute to inclusion strategies to reduce exclusions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pupils with distressed behaviours, supporting school staff and delivering training.
• Ability to manage own caseload, complete assessments, and record plans.
• Experience coordinating with schools and families to implement support plans.

Responsibilities

• Coproduce bespoke support plans for schools and pupils to manage distressed behaviours.
• Deliver training packages to support schools and parents in helping children and young people.
• Actively contribute to the Inclusive Lincolnshire Strategy to reduce permanent exclusions.
