Family Action is seeking a part-time Behaviour Outreach Support Service Caseworker in Lincolnshire. You will work with schools and families to coproduce bespoke support plans for pupils with distressed behaviours and deliver training to staff and parents.

You will manage caseloads, conduct assessments, and maintain precise case records. The role offers flexible working and a permanent contract, with a pro-rata salary based on 26 hours per week during term-time.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pupils displaying distressed behaviours.
• Ability to deliver training and coaching to staff and families.
• Ability to manage a caseload and record plans and actions accurately.

Responsabilités

• Co-produce bespoke support plans for schools and pupils.
• Deliver training packages to schools and parents.
• Contribute to Lincolnshire Inclusive Strategy to reduce exclusions.
• Maintain accurate records using the case management system.
