Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting SEND Support Workers to assist pupils with a range of profound and multiple learning difficulties in a large SEND setting in the Windsor area. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, help deliver EHCPs, and foster emotional wellbeing and communication.

Qualifications

• Experienced with assisting children with additional needs.
• Willingness to obtain/enhance DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils aged 5–19 with PMLD.
• Support delivery of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
• Encourage emotional wellbeing and social development.
• Communicate clearly with teachers and staff.
• Assist with personal care as required (training provided).
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
