Job summary

Bromley Healthcare CIC is seeking a Band 6 Children’s Occupational Therapist to join the Experts at Hand (EaH) model in Bromley. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to strengthen early identification, targeted intervention and inclusive practice across education and early years settings.

You will deliver OT services in a tiered framework, coach schools, and support children with occupational performance needs, managing a targeted+ and specialist caseload.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• HCPC registration is required.
• Experience in community NHS paediatric practice is expected.

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously in a defined clinical area with accountability for actions.
• Manage a paediatric OT caseload including assessment, interpretation, and treatment.
• Collaborate with education partners using coaching, modelling and guidance.
• Provide training to educational partners via group interventions/workshops.
• Assess and evaluate progress using standardised and non-standardised measures.
• Develop and implement specialist OT treatment programmes to support daily activities.
