Job summary

Bromley Healthcare CIC is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead the Family Experts at Hand (EaH) model across education and early-years settings in Bromley. As Clinical Lead, you will drive early identification, inclusion, and evidence-based strategies, coaching staff and coordinating with schools and families.

Qualifications

• Educated to diploma or degree level in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• HCPC registration is required.
• Post-registration training in leadership and CPD in relevant areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Experts at Hand service, coaching staff and delivering OT strategies in schools and early-years settings.
• Manage a complex clinical caseload alongside system-wide responsibilities and contribute to workforce development.
• Lead and support recruitment, supervision, and performance management within the OT team.
• Develop and implement specialist OT strategies to improve child participation in school and home environments.
