Job summary

Bromley Healthcare CIC is seeking a Band 6 Children's Occupational Therapist to join the Experts at Hand model in Bromley. You will work in a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based OT within a tiered Universal–Targeted–Specialist framework, with a focus on schools and early years.

You will autonomously manage a paediatric caseload, collaborate with teachers and SENDCOs, and contribute to SEND transformation across educational settings.

Qualifications

• Autonomously manage a defined paediatric OT caseload using evidence‑based practice and outcome measures.
• Provide coaching and modelling to education partners to enhance capacity in the educational context.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop OT treatment plans for children in context.
• Deliver targeted interventions and programmes within school settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENDCOs and families to improve functional participation.
• Provide group interventions, workshops or OT surgeries as needed.
• Support and evaluate progress using standardised and non‑standardised tools.
