Bromley Healthcare CIC Ltd is recruiting an experienced Children’s Occupational Therapist to lead the Experts at Hand service in Bromley. The role focuses on system-wide SEND reform, universal and targeted provision across schools and early years.

The post holder will drive early identification, inclusive practice and workforce development, while maintaining a targeted and specialist caseload for complex cases. Highly specialist clinical leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist registered with HCPC.
• Experience in leading teams and service development.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Experts at Hand model and drive system-wide SEND reform.
• Manage a complex clinical caseload while providing specialist support.
• Provide leadership, recruitment, appraisal and performance management within the service.
