Bromley Healthcare CIC is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead the Experts at Hand model in Bromley, delivering system-wide SEND reform and strengthening universal and targeted provision within education and early-years settings.

As locality lead, you will drive early identification, inclusive practice and workforce capability building, coaching staff and embedding evidence‑based OT strategies across diverse educational environments while managing a targeted-plus and specialist

Qualifications

• Experience as an Occupational Therapist in a leadership role.
• Experience managing a team of therapists.
• Experience delivering OT in education/school settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Highly Specialist OT team and oversee service delivery in schools and early years settings.
• Oversee recruitment, appraisal and performance/absence management.
• Provide coaching, consultation and training to schools and healthcare colleagues.
• Manage a complex clinical caseload while building capacity in mainstream schools.
