Job summary

School-Home Support seeks a Family Support Practitioner to join our team at The Grange Academy, Bushey. You will be based at the setting and work in close partnership with school staff to deliver a programme of casework to promote educational outcomes for the children and their families we support.

Qualifications

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a wide range of people.
Experience in education settings or similar to improve attendance and engagement.
Ability to work with parents/carers, children or individuals through group or individual support.
Understanding of safeguarding processes and referral routes.
