Job summary

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) or Children's Wellbeing Practitioners (CWPs) to join the SE Essex MHST. You will work with schools, children and families to develop plans and deliver interventions across primary, secondary and further education settings.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, use ROMs and clinical tools, produce care plans and reviews, and collaborate with education colleagues.

Qualifications

• Qualified EMHP or CWPs with ability to work in educational settings.
• Experience delivering interventions to support Children and Young People in schools.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, care plans and reviews.
• Proficient in using ROMs and clinical tools to gather feedback and guide clinical practice.
• Collaborate with schools to map and inform service delivery for CYP.
• Provide opportunities for individual work, group work and consultations.
• Receive robust supervision to support clinical development.
