Aufgaben

• Liaise with supply and cover teachers to ensure coverage during staff absence.
• Liaise with outside supply agencies for long term absence coverage.
• Monitor student attendance and maintain electronic registers, with correct attendance codes and reasons for absences.
• Complete reprographic requests including scanning, laminating, binding, etc.
• Coordinate internal and external mail and general communications as required.
