Sheringham High School is seeking an Attendance and Cover Officer to join our support team. The role focuses on arranging cover for absent teachers and monitoring student attendance, including talking with families.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working in an administrative setting is desirable.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with a diverse range of people.

Aufgaben

• Liaise with supply and cover teachers to ensure lessons are covered during absences.
• Liaise with outside supply agencies for long-term absence coverage.
• Monitor student attendance and maintain electronic registers with accurate codes and reasons for absences.
• Handle reprographic tasks such as scanning, laminating and binding.
