Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a School Approval Assistant Manager to lead a small team and manage the onboarding and ongoing approval of schools for Cambridge Examinations and programmes. You will coordinate approvals, data maintenance, and access management across external systems while aligning with global regional offices.

As our next School Approval Assistant Manager, you will work with the School Approval Team where we work closely with our schools throughout their onboarding and customer lifecycle, alongside our regional offices based around the world. In this role, you will:
This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Are you passionate about education and helping millions of people across the world unlock their potential?, You will be educated to degree level or be able to demonstrate equivalent professional experience, with strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Confident working with data, you have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. You are able to manage competing priorities and maintain a high standard of work in fast-paced or pressured environments. With strong written and verbal communication skills, you can build effective relationships and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders. Experience using systems such as EPS (Organisations) and Salesforce CRM would be advantageous, as would knowledge of Cambridge International products and services.
