Job summary

Codi Group is seeking a dedicated role to support individuals experiencing homelessness across Cardiff locations. The role focuses on delivering activities that promote life skills, budgeting, health, and wellbeing, while engaging customers with a compassionate approach.

You will work with Project Workers to help customers achieve their goals, maintain tenancy, and make positive life changes. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• No prior work experience required.
• Demonstrate values, positivity, motivation for working with vulnerable people.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver meaningful activities that promote life skills, including budgeting, health, and wellbeing.
• Engage and interact positively with customers.
• Work collaboratively with Project Workers to support customers in achieving their goals and aspirations.
• Take responsibility for health and safety within the service and monitor the wellbeing of customers.
