Job summary

Codi Group is recruiting a full-time Scheme Support Officer for our Supported Housing Service in Cardiff. You will provide tailored support to individuals experiencing homelessness and facing alcohol or substance use challenges, with some customers having criminal justice experience.

Our Supported Housing Service in Cardiff is growing, and we’re excited to be recruiting one full-time Scheme Support Officer to join our dedicated team.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will provide tailored support to individuals experiencing homelessness who are seeking help to address alcohol and substance use challenges. Some of the people we support may also have experience of the criminal justice system.

Our customers actively engage with treatment and local recovery services, and your role will be to support them in developing independence, maintaining their tenancy, and making positive, lasting life changes.
