Job summary

Codi Group in Newport is seeking a Scheme Support Officer to join our 24/7 housing, care and support services. You will enable adults aged 18+ to live independently, using a PIE approach and collaboration with external agencies.

About The Role

This is a Scheme Support Officer role based in our Supported accommodation service, In2Change, Newport. We have a team of Lead Project Workers, Project Workers & Scheme Support Officers. Providing 24/7 Support to our diverse group of customers.

Working in a team, you will provide support to a diverse range of people (18+). All are from various backgrounds, currently experiencing trauma and having complex needs. These can range from alcohol or substance misuse, mental health, anti-social behaviour. Through using a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) & working with external agencies, you will help provide deliver meaningful activities/workshops. Alongside providing housing related support to equip our customers with the knowledge, skills and tools that they need to be able to live independent lives.
