Codi Group is seeking Support Workers for its Supported Living team in Blackwood, Wales. You will help four gentlemen with mental health and learning disabilities to live independently, supporting cooking, budgeting, medication, and daily activities.
The role requires flexibility across day, evening, weekend and sleep-in shifts, with part-time hours (11–30 per week). A full UK driving licence is essential to enable transport and community access.

We're looking for Support Workers to join our Supported Living team in Blackwood, supporting four gentlemen with mental health and learning disabilities. The individuals like a variety of things such as music, walking and visiting cafes and pubs. You'll support these individuals to live independently, pursue their goals, and enjoy life to the fullest. There will be support with cooking, household task and medication administration, some low level personal care and housing support
Having an understanding of mental health would be beneficial.
As a 24/7 service, flexibility is essential. You'll work a mix of day, evening, weekend and sleep-in shifts.
We have a range of part-time roles with between 11 and 30 hours per week available.
A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided.
