Codi Group in Newport is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our Supported Living team. You’ll help four individuals live independently, participate in community activities, prepare meals, and manage daily tasks with dignity and respect.
As a 24-hour service, you’ll cover day shifts, sleep-ins and every other weekend, with full training provided. The role offers rewarding work supporting people to enhance independence and quality of life.

We’re looking for Support Workers to join our Supported Living team in Newport, supporting four women with a variety of support needs. The individuals enjoy getting out and about in their local community, especially going out for meals, meeting people and, most importantly, enjoying a nice slice of cake.
You’ll support these individuals to live independently, pursue their goals and enjoy life to the fullest. The role includes supporting with daily living activities, medication administration, meal preparation, household tasks, accessing healthcare appointments and promoting independence both at home and in the community.
Two of the ladies access the community independently, while the other two require support to participate in activities and appointments. The focus of the role is on enhancing quality of life, encouraging independence and helping each individual achieve the things that matter most to them.
As a 24-hour service, flexibility is essential. Sleep-in shifts form part of the rota, alongside day shifts and every other weekend working.
We have a range of part-time roles available.
A background in working with people who have support needs is desirable, but not essential, as full training and support from senior staff and management will be provided.
