Codi Group in Newport is seeking a Scheme Support Officer for Clifton Place to provide housing-related support, assist with tenancy management and wellbeing workshops, and help customers live more independent lives.
You will engage with families and individuals, conduct health and safety checks, address additional needs, and help build community links while adapting to diverse behaviours.
This is a Scheme Support Officer role based in our Supported accommodation service, Clifton Place, Newport. We have a team of Scheme Support officers, Lead Project Workers, Project Workers and, Accommodation Coordinator providing 24/7 Support to our diverse group of customers.
Working in a team, you will provide support to a range of families, young people, pregnant women, individuals with physical disabilities, mental health, substance misuse and individuals who have been trafficked from other countries. You will provide housing related support to equip our customers with the knowledge, skills and tools that they need to be able to live independent lives.
As a scheme support officer you will be required to:
