Job summary

Compassionate Care Group Ltd is hiring a Scheme Manager to oversee service delivery across designated areas, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and autism. You will lead teams, drive strategy with Heads of Departments, and maintain regulatory compliance.

The role requires QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent, with prior health and social care management experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience in health and social care.
• Strong staff management and team supervision.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care law.
• Experience with recovery-focused, person-centred approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all services in your area.
• Collaborate with Heads of departments on strategic overview and goals.
• Develop, implement and monitor organisational aims and targets.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust plans with Area Manager and PBS Lead.
• Lead and support Team Leaders and Support Workers to deliver high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with contractual regulations and quality assurance requirements.
• Be based in services for hands-on oversight and governance.
• Coordinate with local authorities on referrals and client engagement.
