Job Title: Scheme Housing Coordinator

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £31,852.14 per annum

Working Hours: Full Time – 37.5 Hours

Working Pattern: Working 5 days out of 7

Location: Leacroft, Haringey

The role:

The purpose of this role is to manage the performance, delivery, and achievements of the housing leads in One Support and oversee all day-to-day housing operational issues for Housing Care and Support customers and colleagues.

• Line-manage, mentor, and develop the Housing leads to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Provide cover during leave or busy periods to maintain service levels.
• Be accountable for team performance in housing KPIs and DPIs.
• Set and support ambitious targets for housing staff, using 1-2-1s and tailored support.

About you:

We are looking for someone with:

• Substantial experience in middle management within a large housing association.
• Experience in line managing housing staff.
• Ability to analyze performance reports for early trends.
• Outcome-focused management skills.
