Severn Trent Services in the Coventry area is recruiting a Scheduling Manager to lead the Scheduling Team, align work plans with customer, regulatory and business requirements, and drive a proactive, efficient scheduling service.

You will build strong relationships with Sales, Operations and Central services, ensure safety, compliance, and timely resolution of issues, and continuously improve service delivery to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing activities and project delivery.
• Confident using IT systems, including Excel, for planning and reporting.
• Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support the Scheduling Team to meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements.
• Drive day-to-day performance, delivering an efficient, customer-focused scheduling service.
• Build collaborative relationships with Sales, Operations and Central services.
• Ensure compliance with Severn Trent policies and regulatory obligations.
• Mitigate customer KPIs and contractual penalties through effective planning.
• Own and investigate issues or complaints and drive continuous improvement.
