Job summary

Severn Trent plc is seeking a Schedule & Delivery Technician to support field operations across water and waste. You will coordinate urgent and planned works, liaise with suppliers, managers and customers, and ensure activities are scheduled efficiently to meet service levels.

Based at Pride Park, you’ll work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm, contributing to on-time delivery and first-time-right outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills for planning tools and scheduling.
• Excellent communication to liaise with stakeholders and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule emergency and planned repair, renewal and installation works.
• Liaise with external suppliers, field managers, operatives, authorities and customers.
• Manage real-time workflows to meet service levels and KPIs.
• Base location at Pride Park and work 37 hours per week, 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri.
