Severn Trent Services in the Coventry area is recruiting a Scheduling Manager to lead the Scheduling Team, align work plans with customer, regulatory and business requirements, and drive a proactive, efficient scheduling service.
You will build strong relationships with Sales, Operations and Central services, ensure safety, compliance, and timely resolution of issues, and continuously improve service delivery to achieve high customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will lead, develop, and support the Scheduling Team to ensure customer, regulatory, and business requirements are proactively managed and consistently achieved.
You will drive day‑to‑day team performance, delivering an efficient, customer‑focused scheduling service while maintaining a consistent and standardised approach to scheduling activities.
Working closely with key stakeholders, you will build strong collaborative relationships, identify opportunities to improve service delivery, and take ownership of complex customer issues and complaints, ensuring they are resolved promptly and to a high standard to deliver a positive customer experience.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have proven experience leading teams in a fast‑paced operational environment, supported by strong knowledge of plumbing activities and project delivery. You will be confident using IT systems, including Excel, and applying industry standards to maintain high levels of performance and compliance.
Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective relationships with developers and highways authorities. A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and a passion for improving processes and customer outcomes will help you thrive in this role.
Full UK driving licence is needed for this role.
