Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Schedule Delivery Analyst to join the central planning function. You will analyze complex slot data, track changes and ensure the schedule aligns with KPIs while managing a large portfolio of slots.

Reporting to the Short-Term Scheduling & Slots Manager, you’ll collaborate across Scheduling, Commercial and Operations, with occasional overseas travel. A degree and advanced Excel skills are required, and Power BI/Tableau familiarity is a plus.

The opportunity

The Schedule Delivery team makes sure easyJet’s flying schedule can be delivered and that its slot portfolio is used effectively. Working in this central planning function, you’ll connect commercial priorities with operational reality to help deliver a strong flying programme for our customers.

Reporting to the Short-Term Scheduling & Slots Manager, you’ll help optimise the schedule for a defined region of the network. You’ll analyse changes, monitor airline KPIs and manage a sizeable portfolio of slots in line with UK and EU regulations and the IATA Worldwide Airport Slot Guidelines.

You’ll join the Schedule Delivery team within easyJet’s central planning function, working closely with colleagues across Scheduling and wider Commercial and Operational teams. The team combines detailed analysis with practical collaboration to keep the schedule feasible and aligned with business priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll analyse, track and monitor schedule changes, checking that they deliver the intended outcomes and support airline KPIs.
• You’ll manage a significant portfolio of airport slots, helping ensure compliance with slot usage rules and supporting the deliverability and optimisation of the schedule for your region.
• You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate options, adapt plans and implement practical solutions. You’ll also help improve optimisation processes and turn feedback into action across Scheduling, Commercial and Operational teams.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capability and a relevant degree level education. You’re accurate, articulate and able to communicate clearly and influence others.

You’ll be comfortable questioning existing approaches, thinking creatively and adapting your plans in a dynamic environment while staying focused on delivery and business performance.

Airline experience is useful but not essential. Knowledge of airport slots, SSIM Chapter 6, UK and EU slot regulation, or tools such as Power BI or Tableau would be beneficial. You’ll also be able to travel overseas occasionally.
