easyJet in Luton is seeking a Schedule Design Analyst to join the central Scheduling team. You will lead analytical delivery of schedule scenarios, turning data into decision-ready insights to improve profitability, resilience and operational efficiency.

The role blends commercial focus with operational reality, with hybrid work (60% in the office) and a base salary plus up to 20% bonus. You’ll develop dashboards and use forecasts to guide stakeholders through trade-offs.

Qualifications

• Highly numerate, analytical and accurate with strong attention to detail.
• Able to communicate complex analysis clearly and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL/data mining beneficial.

The opportunity

Our Scheduling team designs and delivers easyJet’s flying schedule, working across the business to build a strong programme for customers. As our Schedule Design Analyst, you’ll assess schedule scenarios throughout the planning cycle and make the risks, trade-offs and opportunities clear.

Reporting to the Schedule Research & Development Manager, you’ll use forecasts, dashboards and structured analysis to recommend improvements that support revenue, cost efficiency and operational resilience.

The team & culture

You’ll join a central Scheduling team responsible for the design and delivery of easyJet’s flying schedule. It’s a collaborative environment where your work connects commercial and operational priorities, and where clear evidence helps the team reach better decisions.

Requirements of the Role

What we’re looking for

You’re highly numerate, analytical and accurate, with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in using data to uncover meaningful insights.

You can communicate complex analysis clearly, influence stakeholders with evidence and organise your work effectively in a fast paced, changing environment.

You’ll be confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of project management, SQL data mining or scheduling systems such as Amadeus SkySuite or Sabre AirVision would be useful, but is not essential.
