Job summary

Tended is seeking an energetic Project Manager to lead end-to-end client implementations and rollouts across UK sites. You’ll drive delivery pace, mitigate risks, align cross-functional teams, and ensure our geofencing safety tech delivers tangible value in live operations.

You will work on-site at depots and hubs, manage training, reporting, and stakeholder communications, and own the control of scope and blockers while maintaining delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Track record of managing complex technical projects, deployments, or system rollouts end-to-end.
• High ownership, proactive and able to create structure in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across engineers, enterprise leads, and frontline operations.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential for visiting client sites across regions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules using project management software.
• Continuously track risks, manage dependencies, and maintain scope control across parallel client deployments.
• Take charge of live deployments on-site at depots, hubs, or shift-based operations, including occasional weekends or nights.
