Job summary

Tended is seeking an Implementation Lead to bridge between the company and railway clients, guiding their teams in using our safety kit on-site. You will lead deployments, coordinate with project managers, and ensure a high standard of service while building strong relationships with client staff.

You will become deeply knowledgeable about our geofencing safety technology, coaching users from varying tech backgrounds and visiting client sites across the Sussex region.

Qualifications

• Experience as ES, ESA, COSS, Site Agent, or on-site leadership role in railway or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence site teams and users.
• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn our products for on-site coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead client deployments on the ground, coordinating with project managers to deliver excellent service.
• Build quick, trusted relationships through first-class communication.
• Develop deep product knowledge to coach users through day-to-day challenges.
• Identify on-site improvements and feed them back to the team.
