Job summary

Tended is hiring an Implementation Lead to deploy safety technology on client sites across the UK. You will act as the bridge between Tended and clients, leading deployments and coaching users to use our geofencing safety systems effectively.

The role prioritizes strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a field-based environment with night shifts, weekend work, and travel across UK sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as ES/ESA/COSS/Site Agent or similar on-site leadership in railway.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence site teams.
• Comfort with technology and ability to coach users on-site.
• Meticulous, follows established processes with accuracy.
• Proactive with initiative to fix problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead client deployments on-site and coordinate with project managers.
• Coach users through day-to-day use of the product on-site.
• Build quick, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Work on field-based deployments across UK sites with some remote time.
• Be flexible to night shifts, weekends and bank holidays.
• Hold a full driving licence.
