Job summary

Tended is looking for an Implementation Lead to bridge between our team and clients, guiding rail workers on-site in using our safety technology. You will lead deployments, coach users, and build strong relationships quickly to drive adoption and efficiency.

Role involves field-based site visits across the Sussex region, with shifts and travel; a full driving licence is required and fatigue management policies support wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience as an ES, ESA, COSS, Site Agent, or comparable on-site leadership role in rail or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence site teams.
• Comfort with technology and ability to coach users on-site.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow established processes with accuracy.
• Initiative to identify and fix problems and improve delivery.
• Experience with on-site delivery of new technologies for diverse users.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between Tended and clients; guide their teams in using our kit on-site.
• Lead client deployments on the ground with project managers to deliver excellent service.
• Build quick, strong relationships through first-class communication and interpersonal skills.
• Develop deep product understanding to coach users through daily challenges.
• Observe on-site usage to identify improvements and feed back to the team.
• Occasional field-based travel across the Sussex region; on-site and depot work.
