Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Release Analyst (SIAM) to join a busy Service Management function in Manchester. You will coordinate release delivery across a complex, multi-supplier environment, working with internal teams and third-party providers.

You'll oversee release planning, scheduling, governance, and deployment readiness to ensure changes are delivered safely with minimal business impact, and you may be required to undergo SC clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Release Analyst, Release Coordinator, Change & Release, or Release Manager role.
• Strong understanding of Release and Change Management processes.
• Experience working within a multi-supplier or outsourced environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practices.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end release activities across multiple suppliers and teams.
• Maintain release schedules, calendars, and deployment plans.
• Support Change Management processes and CAB activities.
• Identify and manage release risks, dependencies, and conflicts.
• Ensure release governance, documentation, and reporting are maintained.
• Act as a key liaison between technical teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
