Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a mission-critical technology initiative. In this hybrid role, you will bridge operational stakeholders, system architects, and multi-supplier delivery teams across the High Wycombe/Farnborough area.

You will lead end-to-end requirements engineering from elicitation to technical integration, ensure traceability and governance, and define requirements for containerised/Kubernetes environments and data exchange services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading requirements engineering for complex technology programmes.
• Proven ability to operate across multi-supplier environments.
• Ability to define requirements for containerised platforms and data exchanges.
• Strong governance, traceability and change-control practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder elicitation workshops with end users, SMEs and suppliers.
• Elicit, analyse, document and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop use cases, user journeys and workflow models.
• Coordinate across a multi-supplier landscape for technical integration.
• Define detailed requirements for containerised/Kubernetes environments and data fabrics.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability matrices from needs to testing and acceptance.
• Identify and mitigate risks and drive governance across delivery.
