Job summary

Searchability NS&D is seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant to lead a payroll transformation for government-grade HR systems. The role demands deep Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll expertise and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

You will collaborate with functional consultants, developers and architects, produce design documentation, and ensure seamless payroll integrations while maintaining security clearances and programme timelines.

Qualifications

• Active SC clearance is required.
• Experience as an Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Experience with Fast Formula, HCM Extracts and payroll integrations.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience producing High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation.
• Strong understanding of payroll data structures and processing.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across a complex Oracle HCM Payroll transformation programme.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with functional teams.
• Oversee payroll integrations and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to technical design documentation and system testing.
